Job summary

The Marketing Coordinator plays an important role in supporting the company’s marketing, business development, and growth efforts across Florida, based at the Miami Headquarters. You will assist with coordination of proposals, qualifications, presentations, marketing collateral, communications, and brand initiatives while collaborating with the Marketing Supervisor and technical staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism, Business, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 2–3 years of marketing, communications, proposal, or business development experience.
• Experience in AEC or professional services environment preferred.
• Familiarity with RFQ/RFP processes and proposal development.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination, development, assembly, and production of RFQs, RFPs, SOQs, and presentations.
• Support proposals from kickoff through final submission, including scheduling and content gathering.
• Coordinate marketing materials for client meetings and business development activities.
• Assist with photography, videography, and marketing content updates.
