Job summary

Hearst Television is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support multi-market campaigns for the Very Local streaming service and Brand Studio clients. This in-person role is based at our Manchester, NH station and involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners to deliver campaigns on schedule.

You will analyze performance data, manage campaign reporting, and collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure assets meet specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience with analytics and marketing performance metrics.
• Proficient with Excel and Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with Air Table and asset-management systems is a plus.
• Ability to interpret platform-specific requirements and deliver projects accordingly.
• Keeps up-to-date with industry trends and production techniques.
• Military experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Creative Manager and HTV design team to develop campaigns to spec and on schedule.
• Assemble, format and distribute platform metrics from data sources.
• Track campaign performance and maintain final report archive.
• Assist with Brand Studio client communication and reporting.
• Coordinate project execution timelines and communications with station partners.
