Precis Engineering + Architecture, a 150+ person consulting firm with offices in Ambler, PA, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team at the Ambler headquarters. This full-time, in-office role collaborates with firm leaders to distill complex information into compelling layouts and graphics that drive new business.

The ideal candidate has strong graphic design skills, is proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office, and can support social media, video content, proposals,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications or related field.
• 1–2 years marketing experience, AEC industry a plus.
• Strong MS Office and Adobe CC skills required.
• Solid social media knowledge and content creation ability.
• Experience with proposals/qualification coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop RFQ/RFP responses with input from technical staff.
• Prepare print and electronic collateral materials and website content.
• Maintain the project information database.
• Design and order promotional materials and manage inventory.
• Manage social media content and engagement tracking.
• Draft internal and external emails and update distribution lists.
• Support events, trade shows, and association programs.
