Job summary

Ballinger is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in Philadelphia to join the Marketing team and drive new business through compelling layouts, graphics, and content creation across print and digital materials. The role collaborates with firm leaders to distill complex information for engaging proposals and awards submissions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, English, or Communications (or knowledge gained through relevant work experience).
• Knowledge and/or curiosity about architecture, engineering, and interior design.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals of all levels of the organization in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Designing print and digital material for business development initiatives.
• Analyzing RFP requirements to ensure compliance, coordinating responses, developing layout, and managing production and final delivery/distribution.
• Developing content and submitting materials for local and national industry awards.
• Collaboratively developing and producing powerful brand stories in a variety of media.
• Producing web content, including video, graphics, and copy.
• Maintaining a project information database and firm boilerplate, including project descriptions, resumes, and firm overviews.
• Coordinating and attending occasional project photography shoots.
• Working in a team atmosphere to support firm leaders and business development efforts.
