Job summary

Skanska is seeking a Marketing Coordinator II to support sales and marketing efforts by coordinating proposals, qualifications packages, award submittals, and client-facing materials. The role collaborates with business development and operations to gather information, develop content, and align with branding and pursuit objectives.

The position also manages the local marketing database, coordinates basic pursuit video efforts, and interviews staff to build resumes and project content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related discipline OR 8 years equivalent experience plus a minimum 3 years of prior relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience in the Architectural, Construction, Engineering (AEC) or similar industry.
• Proven expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven experience in a position demonstrating time management, organization, writing, proofreading, and editing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development of proposals, qualifications packages, award submittals, presentation materials, and other client-facing deliverables.
• Collaborate with business development and operations teams to gather information, develop content, and ensure materials align with branding and pursuit objectives.
