The Marketing Coordinator II supports the company’s sales and marketing efforts by coordinating the development of proposals, qualifications packages, award submittals, presentation materials, and other client-facing deliverables. The Marketing Coordinator II collaborates with business development and operations teams to gather information, develop content, and ensure materials are aligned with branding, strategic messaging, and pursuit objectives. This role manages the local marketing database, coordinates basic pursuit video efforts, and interviews staff to develop resumes, project sheets, and related content. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to exercise discretion, prioritize competing deadlines, and contribute to the execution of marketing and business development strategies.
