Job summary

McGill Associates, PA seeks a marketing professional to support SOQ development and marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with the marketing team, lead SOQ outlines and submittals, and create content to strengthen brand awareness for a civil engineering firm serving NC, TN, SC, and VA.

You will monitor RFPs/RFQs, coordinate with project teams, and help plan events and photography. Hybrid work and a competitive compensation package are offered.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team, attending meetings prepared to share ideas and contribute to discussions.
• Lead SOQ development, including outlining, coordinating with project teams, writing, editing, and finalizing submittals.
• Develop internal and external content to strengthen brand awareness.
• Serve as the marketing liaison for assigned practice area(s).
• Monitor procurement sites for RFPs/RFQs and organize marketing assets.
• Collaborate with office managers and project teams to understand McGill’s projects and clients.
• Support strategic marketing initiatives, including social media content, event planning, and project photography.
• Assist with event planning and conference attendance as needed.
• Use Deltek Vantagepoint to support SOQ development and marketing efforts.
• Participate in committees/teams and other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or similar field
