Job summary

Qualifications

• HubSpot experience is required.
• Strong email campaign and list management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage partner deal registrations and marketing programs.
• Build targeted prospect lists using ZoomInfo based on ICP and territory.
• Clean, validate, and organize marketing data in HubSpot.
• Execute email campaigns aligned to the marketing calendar; prepare content and report results.
• Maintain HubSpot hygiene: bounced contacts, unsubscribes, duplicates, and attribution.
• Update and coordinate the marketing content calendar across channels.
• Draft emails, social posts, blogs, case studies, and presentations for review.
• Support webinars, events, and post‑event follow‑ups with timely coordination.
• Track and report marketing performance using HubSpot, GA4, and partner portals.
• Leverage AI tools to aid content development and workflow efficiency.
• Maintain organized marketing templates, files, and resources.
• Collaborate with Sales and Client Success to align priorities.
