Job summary

Hayes Co. is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to manage campaigns, CRM data, and reporting from our Mesquite office.

You will implement email programs in HubSpot, coordinate content deployment, and optimize workflows to support revenue marketing. The ideal candidate has 3–6 years in marketing operations, experience with CRM platforms, and a strong analytical mindset to deliver actionable performance insights for sales leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in marketing operations, CRM management, email marketing, or campaign execution.
• Experience working in supply chain marketing preferred.
• Experience supporting revenue-generating marketing functions strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch email marketing campaigns in HubSpot.
• Manage list segmentation, audience imports, and campaign scheduling.
• Audit and maintain marketing automation workflows.
• Publish blogs, case studies, landing pages, and gated content.
• Support trade show campaign execution including pre-event, onsite, and post-event marketing workflows.
