Job summary

Oasis Solutions, a Louisville-based ERP consulting firm, seeks a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing initiatives including email campaigns, social programs, partner programs, events, and targeted account lists. You will focus on execution and timely delivery while collaborating with Marketing leadership, Sales, Client Success, and other teams.

This hands-on role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple deadlines and maintain high-quality marketing

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of marketing coordination experience.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience, email campaigns, list management.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using AI tools to support content creation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Canva or similar.

Responsibilities

• Manage partner deal registrations for NetSuite and Sage Intacct.
• Coordinate MDF and co-op reimbursement submissions and maintaining documentation.
• Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using ZoomInfo based on ICP and territory.
• Clean, validate, upload, and organize marketing data in HubSpot.
• Execute email marketing campaigns per marketing calendar with content preparation and reporting.
• Maintain HubSpot contact and list hygiene and campaign attribution.
• Coordinate content across email, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and other channels.
• Draft marketing content for review and approval.
• Support webinars, trade shows, and client events including coordination and follow-up.
• Track and report marketing performance using HubSpot, GA4, and portals.
• Use AI tools to aid content development and workflow efficiency.
