Lennar in Seattle is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing Manager in developing and implementing strategies and collateral for communities and homes.
You will assist with renderings, floorplans, brochures, and online content, while coordinating vendor relationships, events, and internal communications to ensure timely, high-quality marketing outputs. This role requires strong organization, reliability, and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

This position requires assisting the Marketing Manager with the development and implementation of marketing strategies and marketing collateral. The position requires an ability to be multi‑task oriented, self‑sufficient, dependable, ability to cope under pressure, maintain good judgement, eager to learn and a professional, supportive attitude.
Position requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Occasionally work in outside elements, including walking on uneven surfaces. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard. Must be able to operate a motor vehicle.
