Job summary

Kestra Financial, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute marketing initiatives across digital and print channels, events, and advisor visibility.

You will work with firm leadership, compliance, vendors, and operations to ensure branding consistency, timely delivery, and measurable results. Responsibilities include maintaining an annual marketing calendar, producing webinars, newsletters, podcasts, social media, and events; managing email campaigns; coordinating

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years marketing/communications experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with ability to multitask.
• Experience in financial services or client-facing roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for SWP and brands.
• Oversee vendor relationships and expenses with Office Manager.
• Calendar speaking/writing engagements for SWP advisors.
• Schedule marketing-related events for advisor travel.
• Coordinate podcasts, webinars, and seminars hosted by SWP.
• Manage email marketing campaigns including Constant Contact.
• Create a semi-annual newsletter for regular mail.
• Manage SWP's social media presence and photos.
• Maintain LinkedIn, Facebook, and other online presence.
• Coordinate ACR submissions for marketing materials.
• Prepare agendas and minutes for marketing meetings.
• Attend conferences and team events as needed.
• Mentor marketing and client relations associates.
• Handle vacancies in marketing/client relations roles.
