Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 5-8 years of marketing experience, preferably with financial advisors or wealth-management firms.
• Ability to consult with senior professionals and translate strategy into actionable steps.
• Strong knowledge of brand positioning, websites, digital presence, content strategy, social media, and measurement.
• Experience coordinating marketing platforms and vendor partnerships (e.g., FMG Suite, ActiFi, marketing automation).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic marketing consultant to advisors and firms, aligning activity with business goals.
• Lead discovery calls to understand target markets, differentiators, and growth goals.
• Build practical marketing roadmaps across brand, website, content, social, events, and lead generation.
• Coordinate assessments and onboarding for Bluespring and KPWS firms, including vendor coordination and resource matching.
• Scale advisor education with webinars, workshops, and repeatable toolkits.
• Partner with marketing leaders and internal teams to deliver coordinated support.
• Guide use of approved platforms like FMG Suite and related tools.
• Track engagement and outcomes, refining recommendations as needed.
