Job summary

Kestra Financial is seeking a results-driven Business Development Recruiter to help grow our advisor network. You will partner with external recruiters to identify and engage financial professionals, conduct virtual meetings, and drive the recruitment process from initial outreach to closing appointments.

The role emphasizes proactive prospecting, strong communication, and the ability to manage a multi-step sales cycle across a national territory.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent industry related experience.
• 3+ years' sales experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prospect and build relationships across a territory.
• Familiarity with advisor recruitment or financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with external BD Consultant to recruit advisors into the Kestra Financial Network.
• Uncover and qualify leads through targeted calling and email campaigns.
• Host virtual meetings and demos to inform and engage prospects.
• Nurture prospects through the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding.
• Maintain timely data and activity in Salesforce CRM.
