Job summary

Kestra Financial seeks a Senior Strategic Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of investment product launches and platform initiatives across technology, compliance, and operations. You will implement agile cadences, govern a portfolio of strategic initiatives, and partner with Product Management to translate strategy into executable plans with clear milestones and success criteria.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Software Engineering.
2+ years in technical product management in Agile.
5+ years in wealth management, investment ops, or trading.
3–5+ years leadership in strategic program/portfolio management.
Experience coordinating multi‑function launches across tech and compliance.

Responsibilities

Own end‑to‑end governance and planning for priority product launches.
Lead coordination of launch campaigns including GTM, training, and onboarding.
Maintain a prioritized portfolio of strategic initiatives for investments/platforms.
Partner with Product Management to turn strategy into executable plans.
Facilitate cross‑functional teams across technology, compliance, and operations.
Design and mature agile delivery models for regulated initiatives.
Prepare executive materials and governance updates with clear metrics.
