The 28Ten Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support client events, digital communications, and brand touchpoints that connect people to our Generational Planning Process. You’ll collaborate with the Operations Manager and the marketing team to ensure events and campaigns reflect our mission and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• 0-2 years of marketing, events, or client-facing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing client and prospect events, including educational workshops, dinner seminars, and client appreciation experiences.
• Support creation and scheduling of email communications, newsletters, and social media content.
• Maintain accurate records of client and prospect marketing interactions in the firm's CRM.
• Coordinate marketing materials and brand assets to ensure consistency across channels.
• Collaborate with advisors and operations staff to identify upcoming marketing needs and opportunities.
