Responsibilities

• Manage social media content and calendars with updates.
• Update WordPress sites with project and news content.
• Develop internal communications and newsletters via Mailchimp.
• Support proposals, qualifications, and interview decks.
• Create branded graphics for social media, events, and presentations.
• Maintain reusable marketing materials and templates.
• Coordinate conferences, events, and sponsorships.
• Oversee merchandise design, orders, and inventory.
• Coordinate photography/video schedules and assets.
• Coordinate printing and promotional deliverables with vendors.
• Maintain marketing calendars and asset libraries.
• Provide additional marketing and business development support.
