Shields Health is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in Massachusetts who is eager to grow with a fast-paced, growing company. You will dive into goal-driven marketing, sales and PR activities—from events to social media—and support the team with creativity and organization.

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Director of Marketing for Shields’ network, you will collaborate with sales and marketing to execute campaigns, manage events, and track results while coordinating with

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1 year experience in an administrative or clerical role.
• Excellent computer, telephone and typing skills.
• Experience in a marketing environment and with events is helpful.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary.

Mansioni

• Provide administrative support to Chief Marketing Officer and marketing organization.
• Schedule meetings.
• Manage event planning process for quarterly sales team meetings and monthly educational dinners and events.
• Track and report on educational sessions and giveaways for sales, in accordance with Compliance department.
• Collaborate with vendors to order marketing giveaways.
• Maintain HubSpot database and execute HubSpot email campaigns.
• Work with Finance to manage invoices and budget sheets.
• Collaborate with graphic designer to create marketing and sales materials.
• Create and analyze marketing reports for the department.
• Support social media and digital marketing campaigns and website maintenance.
• Assist with media campaigns including TV and digital ads and scheduling.
