Job summary

Shields Health Solutions is seeking a Strategic Operations Manager to partner with our Executive Leadership Team on growth initiatives, operational excellence, and enterprise strategy. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, Strategic Finance, FP&A, Transaction Advisory Services, M&A or similar.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; ability to present to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Executive Leadership to execute strategic initiatives and business priorities.
• Lead cross-functional projects from concept through implementation.
• Develop financial models, business cases, investment analyses, and executive recommendations to support growth opportunities.
• Work with regional operations teams to identify and execute revenue growth, performance improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and strategic assessments to evaluate opportunities and industry trends.
• Support executive decision-making through data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Assist with board presentations, executive communications, strategic planning, and leadership reporting.
• Evaluate new business opportunities, acquisitions, partnerships, and expansion initiatives.
• Drive business transformation projects and help optimize organizational performance across key areas.
