You will assist the Chief Marketing Officer, manage events, drive social media efforts, and collaborate with vendors and the graphics team to produce impactful materials.

The role emphasizes organization, creativity, and proactive participation in campaigns, with some travel to New England locations and a focus on compliance-driven reporting and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least one year of administrative or clerical experience.
• Excellent computer, telephone and typing skills.
• Ability to communicate and work well with others.
• Experience in marketing and with events helpful.
• Willingness to work/coordinate off-hour events, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Chief Marketing Officer and marketing organization.
• Schedule meetings.
• Manage event planning for quarterly sales meetings and monthly educational dinners/events.
• Track and report on educational sessions and giveaways with Compliance.
• Collaborate with vendors to order marketing giveaways and tchotchkes.
• Maintain HubSpot database and execute email campaigns.
• Work with Finance to manage invoices and budgets.
• Collaborate with a graphic designer on marketing materials for clients.
• Create and analyze marketing reports using Shields BI system.
• Support social media and digital marketing campaigns and maintain Shields.com and other sites.
• Help manage media campaigns including TV and digital ads and scheduling.
• Travel to Shields centers in New England for meetings/events.
