We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator-Events to join our Team. Use your exceptional organizational and communication skills to plan and manage tradeshow, and event logistics, coordinate various projects, and support the marketing, and sales teams across a range of marketing activities to ensure smooth execution.

Program components may include managing event vendors, managing budget and tracking expenses, shipping management, and other components. Programs assigned may include conferences, tradeshows, webinars, Tech Days and company events. While you will delegate some of the details to supplier-partners, they also need to ensure that every detail is executed completely, accurately, and on-time.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure success of events or projects, webinars, etc. within objectives and team expectations; including managing budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Responsible for effective and timely communication between internal team and vendors via phone and email.
  • Work with supplier-partners to arrange show service rentals, electrical, furniture, flooring, material handling, shipping and booth labor for each event, on time, within budget, and meeting requested specifications for your events.
  • Coordinate hotel room blocks and individual reservations for dSPACE team members as needed
  • Communicate openly and effectively with all stakeholders; host pre and post event meetings with internal attendees to ensure alignment.
  • Post-event Reporting: Conduct post-event analysis, including attendee feedback, lead generation metrics and ROI evaluation. Report on event performance and recommendations for future attendance.
  • Diligently track expenses and adhere to individual event and overall annual budget
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of relevant business to business (B2B) professional experience in business, marketing or event planning preferably in the technology industries
  • Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from four-year institution preferred or related experience
  • Must be results oriented and organized; able to meet demanding deadlines and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and D365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Proficiency with digital collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, D365 CRM, SharePoint)
  • Project / task management skills with attention to detail
  • Displays critical thinking and analytical capabilities
  • Demonstrates clear and professional verbal and written communication, presentation skills & email etiquette
  • Ability to work and collaborate in an international team environment, and ability to work independently
  • Work cooperatively with other employees, vendors, and clients and portray professional presence
