Job summary

Michaud Cooley Erickson is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support sales, marketing, and business development. You will produce proposals, marketing collateral, digital content, and branded communications that showcase engineering expertise and strengthen client relationships.

The role emphasizes transforming technical information into compelling content, with graphic design responsibilities and a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience in marketing, graphic design, communications, or public relations.
• Working knowledge of B2B marketing within the A/E/C industry preferred.
• Strong writing, graphic design, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with proposal development and RFP/RFQ responses strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms; Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and produce proposals, SOQs, and pursuit materials from kickoff through submission.
• Gather technical input, prepare layouts, manage schedules, and produce final deliverables.
• Maintain resumes, project sheets, organizational charts, and proposal templates.
• Coordinate content with principals and technical staff.
• Track opportunities through RFP/RFQ portals and maintain CRM records.
• Prepare branded reports, technical presentations, capability statements, and marketing materials.
• Design social media templates and promotional materials for events, sponsorships, and trade shows.
• Prepare award submissions and recognition materials.
• Maintain and update the company website and social media channels.
• Develop and execute approved social media content.
• Create email campaigns, e-blasts, and digital advertising content.
• Conduct market and client research.
• Coordinate event registrations, logistics, promotional items, and post-event follow-up.
• Support trade shows, CEU programs, and client engagement events.

MCE is seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our sales, marketing, and business development efforts. In this role, you will help produce high-quality proposals, marketing collateral, digital content, and branded communications that showcase our expertise and strengthen client relationships. What You'll Do

Proposals & Pursuits

Salary Range: $68,200 - $83,000
