A national retail brand is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join its CRM team. You’ll manage the go-to-market calendar for email and app campaigns, making sure every campaign gets proofed, approved, and launched on time. The role covers the busy holiday season, so it’s a good fit for someone who likes a fast pace and wants to see their work go live every week.
You won’t build campaigns. You’ll be the person who keeps things moving between creative, developers, and business owners, and makes sure everything goes out correctly and on schedule.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the email and app campaign calendar so the right campaigns launch on the right day at the right time
- Keep the Smartsheet campaign tracker accurate and current, since the database and development teams work from it
- Send approved creative to developers and confirm each campaign is set up correctly before launch
- Run the proofing and approval process with business owners, track feedback, and follow up until everything is signed off
- Proof customer-facing assets for accuracy, consistency, and brand voice
- Work with 4 partner teams (App, Email Creative, Integrated Marketing, and Database Marketing)
- Juggle multiple campaigns and tight deadlines at once, especially during holiday peak
- Help with reports and presentations as needed
What You Bring
- 1 to 4 years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign coordination, or marketing project management
- Experience managing campaign calendars, proofing workflows, or approval processes
- B2C or consumer marketing background, with an ear for customer-facing tone and messaging
- Confidence to ask questions, chase answers, and follow up with stakeholders to keep deadlines on track
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Comfort with ambiguity and manual processes in a fast-moving environment
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Availability through the holiday season. The role supports retail peak, so planned time off from November through early January won’t work.
Nice to Have
- Smartsheet and Litmus (training provided)
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Airship (training provided, and you won’t build in either tool)
- Retail or e-commerce experience
- Agency or in-house email marketing experience
Why This Role
- Hands-on experience with a well-known consumer brand’s CRM program during its biggest season
- A team that will train you on its tools and process
- Free onsite parking and a hybrid schedule
- Aquent benefits for contractors, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), and paid sick leave. Details are at aquent.com.
