Job summary

NTS Capital is seeking a highly organized Marketing Coordinator to manage administrative and operational support for the marketing team in Louisville, KY. You will help maintain website content, update marketing materials, and assist with various platforms to keep campaigns running smoothly.

The role emphasizes organization, multi-tasking across projects, and contributing to marketing initiatives behind the scenes. Prior admin or coordinator experience and strong MS Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related office software.
• Experience in administrative, marketing support, or coordinator roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing team.
• Maintain website content across marketing platforms (photos, videos, floor plans, pricing, property information).
• Assist with marketing platforms (Yardi, Engrain, J Turner, Canva) and other systems by maintaining content, user accounts, and support requests.
• Coordinate orders for marketing collateral, promotional products, branded merchandise, and vendor materials.
• Create and update marketing materials using Canva (flyers, referral cards, maintenance review cards, social media graphics).
• Update promotions across websites, Google Business Profiles, chatbots, ILS feeds, and other digital platforms.
• Monitor shared marketing inboxes and route requests to team members.
• Perform website and online listing audits to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with department records, expense reports, training resources, and special projects.
