Job summary

HNTB Corporation is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing department with organizing and maintaining marketing materials, and assisting in proposal development and prequalification efforts. The role includes data management, reporting, and coordination across project teams.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, and preferably a Bachelor's in Marketing or related field, with strong MS Office skills and attention to detail.

Activities also include direct support to marketing staff by organizing and producing materials for pre-qualification efforts, proposals or presentations.
