Job summary

Gaia in Louisville, CO is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support influencer marketing, partnerships, social media, and light design/production. This full-time on-site role involves coordinating briefs, tracking projects, and ensuring timely, high-quality communication with influencers, partners, and internal teams.

You will use Google Workspace, Airtable, Canva, CMS tools, and Google Analytics to support campaigns and events (including GaiaSphere).

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in a Marketing Coordinator (or similar) role.
• Strong prioritization + project follow-through across multiple deadlines.
• Familiarity with social platforms, influencers, and marketing fundamentals.
• Required: Airtable (or Monday.com), Canva, CMS tools, Google Workspace.
• Bonus: Google Analytics, GTM, AdWords, SEO reporting experience.
• Bonus: light design skills; Adobe (InDesign/Photoshop) a plus.
• Clear communicator, collaborative, adaptable.
• Required: agency or similar fast-paced marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Marketing leadership with daily operations, coordination, and light project management.
• Manage and prioritize workflow for Influencer/Partnerships and GaiaSphere events, ensuring briefs and deliverables are trafficked, aligned, and completed on time.
• Own scheduling, calendaring, cross-functional follow-ups, and Influencer/Partner and Event-related communication.
• Respond daily to inbound messages from social influencers, talent, and partners with professionalism and strong follow‑through.
• Create and update light marketing collateral using Google Workspace, Airtable, Canva, CMS tools, and (bonus) Adobe Creative Suite.
• Build/update partner decks, influencer kits, and event support materials.
• Assist with reporting and performance dashboards, including Google Analytics, GTM, AdWords, and SEO reporting (pre/post event).
• Support influencer and partner workflows by coordinating incoming/outgoing creative briefs.
• Provide responsive internal support to cross-functional teams and the field with an “excellent service” mindset.

Summary

Gaia is seeking a highly organized, proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our Marketing team across influencer marketing, partnerships, social media, light design/creative production, and day-to-day marketing operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and can juggle multiple moving priorities with confidence and care. You’ll work closely with marketing leadership to help keep projects on track, support events (including GaiaSphere), coordinate cross-functional requests, and ensure our influencers, talent, and partners receive timely, high-quality communication and materials. This role is full time and on-site at our office in Louisville, CO. (Not remote)

Position Details

• Salary Range: $45,000 – $55,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Regular, F/T
• Must be able to work on campus in Louisville, CO.
• US citizenship or an existing work visa is required
• Gaia subscribers strongly preferred
• Non-smoker
