Gaia in Louisville, CO is seeking a Global Paid Media Specialist to lead strategy, activation, and optimization of paid campaigns across multiple markets, including France, Germany, and Spain.
You will manage budgets, coordinate with agencies, ensure GA4/GTM tracking, oversee localized ad copy in French, German, and Spanish, and drive ROAS through cross-market insights.
The Global Paid Media Specialist is responsible for the strategic execution, optimization, and performance scaling of paid digital campaigns across international markets. This role goes beyond campaign management — it owns multi-country activation strategy, localized messaging alignment, budget allocation across regions, and performance optimization across Google, Meta, and additional digital platforms. It works directly with our paid media AOR. The ideal candidate combines strong technical platform expertise with multilingual capabilities (French, German, and Spanish) to quality support campaign localization, ad copy validation, and cross-market performance insights. This position plays a key role in driving qualified lead volume, customer acquisition, and return on ad spend (ROAS) across global territories. This role is full time and onsite in our office in Louisville, CO. (Not remote).
Salary Range: $75,000 – $90,000 (Commensurate with experience and global scope).
