Neal Communities is seeking a Marketing Content Specialist to execute digital and e-marketing strategies for our master-planned communities. You will manage content calendars, write and publish across blogs, websites, social channels, and email campaigns, while ensuring brand consistency and SEO best practices.

The role collaborates with the Vice President of Marketing and external agencies to optimize engagement, traffic, and qualified leads.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Marketing, English, or a related field preferred.
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (including Acrobat), Canva, and basic HTML.
Working knowledge of CRM systems, databases, SEO best practices, marketing automation, and email marketing platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, HubSpot, Constant Contact).

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Vice President of Marketing to generate qualified leads and traffic to support business plans and community objectives.
Develop, manage, and execute the digital content calendar across all marketing platforms.
Write, edit, and publish content for blog, website, social media, and email campaigns.
Design, program, and execute e-marketing campaigns using ActiveCampaign or other platforms.
Prepare, design, and size brand visual content including images, reels, and videos.
