Job summary

Toole Design, based in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a Marketing and Communications Writer to craft clear, engaging content across newsletters, webpages, video scripts and social media. You will help shape communications strategies for both corporate and client projects nationwide.

You’ll collaborate with planners and engineers, ensure accuracy and consistency with brand guidelines, and deliver polished pieces that resonate with decision-makers and the public alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, English, journalism, or similar field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience writing and editing public-facing content.
• Experience with brand and style guidelines and familiarity with digital marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Write across formats including newsletters, webpages, video scripts and social media.
• Collaborate to plan and produce content that communicates who we are and what we do.
• Partner with planners and engineers on transportation projects to translate technical ideas for public audiences.
