Job summary

You will plan and produce materials that showcase our expertise and client work, collaborating with planners and engineers on transportation projects nationwide.

The role requires 4+ years of hands-on writing/editing experience, a defined brand sense, and strong knowledge of digital marketing tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on writing and editing public-facing content.
• Experience with a defined brand and style guidelines.
• Familiarity with Mailchimp, Agorapulse, Meta Business Suite, Squarespace, Wordpress, Google Analytics and CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Write across newsletters, webpages, video scripts and social media.
• Plan and produce content that shows who we are and what we do.
• Collaborate with planners and engineers on transportation projects.
• Turn technical ideas into clear, engaging writing for public audiences and decision-makers.
• Ensure every piece is clear, polished, and on message.
