Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Marketing Communication Specialist for an onsite role in Hauppauge, NY. You will design and execute marketing content across online and offline channels, coordinating with design and PR to produce white papers, infographics, and videos.

You will monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize messaging to boost brand awareness and product education. The role requires strong communication, project management, and CRM tooling proficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and verbal communication with various departments including design, PR and advertising.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for representing organizations publicly at media events and launches.
• Project management experience and time-management skills for juggling multiple time-sensitive projects; PM software is a plus.
• Good computer skills for generating reports, viewing marketing metrics, extracting data and updating team members; experience in web page development or graphic design is a plus.
• Must show ability to provide information on past campaigns and timelines to demonstrate capabilities.
• Must have superior customer relations phone skills.

Responsibilities

• Designing and creating online marketing content, including newsletters, brochures and promotional emails.
• Collaborating with design and public relations to create white papers, infographics, and marketing videos.
• Tracking and recording the performance of marketing campaigns and presenting this information to the marketing department.
• Identifying the effectiveness of marketing material by tracking metrics including conversion rates, customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction.
• Reviewing and analyzing consumer data to analyze effective marketing strategies and successful ways to increase brand awareness.
• Assisting the return on investment (ROI) for marketing campaigns.
• Networking with potential customers and industry professionals to grow brand awareness and promote the company products.
• Contacting and maintaining relationships with the decision makers and marketing teams for existing and new groups that are onboarded.
• Setting up on-site visits, workshops, in-person seminars, online webinars with all existing and new groups on a monthly basis.
