Job summary

Farm Credit East is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join a cross-functional team focused on customer success, community impact, and internal collaboration. The role handles social media content, email campaigns, and website maintenance while supporting Public Affairs and Knowledge Exchange activities.

You will contribute to brand consistency across communications, develop marketing materials, and coordinate events and digital/print media efforts.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of communications, website content development and marketing principles.
• Experience in preparing marketing materials and effective written/oral communication.
• Hybrid work options after two weeks.

Responsibilities

• Creates content for Farm Credit East social media networks
• Assists in creation of email campaigns to reach targeted customers and prospects
• Assists in maintenance of association brand websites, including coordination of web inquiries
• Assists in the development of Today's Harvest blog content
• Develops consistent PowerPoint presentations for internal and external meetings
• Assists with the development and ordering of marketing content including brochures, folders, ads and tradeshow displays
• Assists in the coordination and promotion of Farm Credit East participation at internal and external events
• Organizes marketing materials on intranet site ensuring appropriate resources are available for staff
• Coordinates ad materials in digital and print media for local marketplace and sponsorship requests
• Serves in a backup capacity for members of the Marketing Communications team, as appropriate
• Maintains an updated list of farm and non-farm media contacts
• Monitors Farm Credit East media coverage
• Develops quarterly report on social media activity
• Develops a quarterly report of Knowledge Exchange/Marketing Communications activity to be provided to the Farm Credit East Board's Governance/Stewardship Committee
