Job summary

Farm Credit East is seeking a Marketing Communications Coordinator to join a cross-functional team focused on customer success and community impact. You will prepare and publish customer-facing information, manage social media, websites, and assist with Public Affairs and Knowledge Exchange activities.

The role supports the Marketing Communications team, produces presentations, and coordinates marketing materials for events and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, business administration, related field or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of communications, website content development, marketing principles and practices; ability to prepare marketing materials and communicate with peers, supervisor and customers.
• Hybrid work options after two weeks of employment, based on job role and manager discretion.

Responsibilities

• Creates content for Farm Credit East social media networks.
• Assists in creation of email campaigns to reach targeted customers and prospects.
• Maintains association brand websites and coordinates web inquiries as needed.
• Develops Today's Harvest blog content.
