Job summary

Farm Credit East is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join a cross-functional team focused on the success of customers, communities, and colleagues. You will create content for social media networks, assist email campaigns, and maintain brand websites while supporting Public Affairs and Knowledge Exchange activities.

You'll develop PowerPoint presentations, coordinate brochures and ads, and help promote Farm Credit East at events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, business administration, related field or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of communications, website content development, marketing principles and practices; preparing marketing materials and communicating with peers, supervisor and customers.
• Hybrid work options after two weeks of employment; balance with customers and team needs.

Responsibilities

• Creates content for Farm Credit East social media networks
• Assists in creation of email campaigns to reach targeted customers and prospects
• Assists in maintenance of association brand websites, including coordination of web inquiries
• Assists in development of Today's Harvest blog content
• Develops consistent PowerPoint presentations for internal and external meetings
• Assists with development and ordering of marketing content including brochures, folders, ads and tradeshow displays
• Assists in coordination and promotion of Farm Credit East participation at internal and external events
• Organizes marketing materials on intranet site ensuring resources available for staff
• Coordinates ad materials in digital and print media for local marketplace and sponsorship requests
• Serves as backup for Marketing Communications team during appropriate times
• Maintains an updated list of farm and non-farm media contacts
• Monitors Farm Credit East media coverage
• Develops quarterly report on social media activity
• Develops quarterly report of Knowledge Exchange/Marketing Communications activity for the Board's Governance/Stewardship Committee
