Role Overview: Working under the direction of the Chief Marketing Officer, the Marketing & Communications Specialist (MCS) is a key contributor to the Firm’s Marketing team and oversees and supports strategic marketing initiatives and communications efforts to best position the Redgrave LLP brand in the marketplace. The MCS is responsible for a wide range of marketing and communications activities, including managing and creating compelling content for Redgrave’s website and social media platforms, developing content and graphics for marketing collateral, overseeing and coordinating thought leadership efforts, supporting and drafting content for awards submissions, identifying areas of growth through analytics and metrics reporting, conducting market research, providing conference/event support and promotion, managing marketing service provider relationships, and other related activities. This position requires onsite work one day per week as necessary for onsite meetings.

This position is a remote role, requiring the incumbent to work primarily from their home office, with the ability to work in a local office as required. A dedicated workspace with a comfortable ergonomic chair, a suitable desk, and adequate lighting is required. The Firm will provide a laptop, monitor, software licenses, and appropriate ergonomic equipment as needed. While the Firm encourages employees to establish a comfortable and healthy workstation, it is the employee’s responsibility to ensure their workspace meets the basic requirements for remote work.
