Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
Brand Management and Marketing Communications
• Master the brand book for each brand. Oversee the use and application of the brands across all internal and external platforms.
• Develop communication strategies for each segment.
• Lead marketing efforts in coordination with Sales and Product managers, including trade shows, product photography, lifestyle images, incentive programs, and campaigns with distributors.
• Support programs, promotions, and projects to achieve company and sales goals.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop digital and printed materials such as catalogues, price lists, manuals, visual packing designs, and flyers.
• Oversee preparation of communications, media, and presentations.
• Work with Product managers and Engineering to draft Technical and Product Bulletins.
• Build and maintain an asset library using PIM tools; serve as the point of contact for photos, videos, animations, etc., including support for EDI and digital marketplaces.
• Manage customer communication via email distribution platforms.
• Develop relationships with PR/media contacts and service providers.
• Create strategic communication plans for content promotion and dissemination.
Digital Marketing:
• Define digital channels and communication strategies for Mansfield and Vortens, considering target audiences.
• Establish KPIs and goals to measure digital marketing success.
• Collaborate with teams to maintain websites and social media channels.
• Develop content aligned with events, trade shows, product launches, and promotional calendars.
• Set up publication calendars for digital channels.
• Monitor consumer reviews and respond appropriately.
• Track competitor digital activities and respond as needed.
• Manage product data syndication.
• Plan and coordinate trade shows and marketing activities, including booth design and promotional materials.
• Manage the strategy and planning of meetings, trade shows, and events.
Customer Relationship Management:
• Define customer contact responses in collaboration with sales, customer service, and product teams.
• Manage databases of key audiences for communication and engagement.
• Capture and nurture leads through CRM tools.
• Handle budgeting and administrative tasks.
• Manage relationships and contracts with agencies and vendors for web services, social media, advertising, and tools to enhance brand awareness and sales.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• 2+ years of marketing management experience
• 2+ years of digital marketing experience
• Experience working with agencies and graphic designers
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
• Experience in building materials or plumbing industry is desirable
• B2B marketing experience
• SEO and SEM strategies
• Intermediate knowledge of WordPress
• Skills in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
• Experience with PIM tools and product data syndication
• CRM and mailing tools proficiency
• Management of business social media accounts
• Vendor relationship management skills
• Technical understanding of plumbing products
• Knowledge of distribution channels and customer bases
• Strong teamwork and cross-functional influence skills
