Job description

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing & Communications Specialist with experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support our Medicaid member engagement efforts. This fully remote role will play a key part in promoting and retaining members.

As a core member of the marketing team, you’ll collaborate across departments to plan and execute omni-channel campaigns targeting both prospective and current members. Your ability to analyze performance, think strategically, and implement campaigns effectively will help drive member growth and satisfaction.

Location:

Remote (U.S.-based candidates only)

Must be willing to work standard Central Time Zone hours

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing and communication campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Support strategies that promote and retain Medicaid members
• Serve as editor for marketing communications and ensure materials align with brand and regulatory guidelines
• Coordinate internal and external resources to implement campaigns
• Create project briefs and manage timelines, deliverables, and reporting
• Analyze and present campaign results to business stakeholders, providing actionable insights

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in marketing or communications (healthcare experience preferred)
• 1-3 years of experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a comparable marketing automation platform
• Proven track record in digital and email marketing
• Familiarity with omni-channel campaign execution
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
