Job summary

Mohawk Industries, a Fortune 500 flooring leader, is seeking a Graphic Designer for Home Center Marketing to create compelling visuals for retail programs, launches and brand activation. You will collaborate with marketing, merchandising, sales and creative teams to deliver high‑impact designs that enhance customer experience and support business growth.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2–4 years’ experience, and strong Adobe Creative Suite skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
2-4 years’ relevant experience.
Advanced knowledge in color correction, image resolutions, and photography.
Strong Typography, Layout, Color theory, Brand Application, and Print Production.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Workfront, Firefly.

Responsibilities

Consult with employees to determine project needs and translate requirements into creative materials.
Design marketing materials for retail merchandising, programs, product launches and campaigns.
Prepare final production-ready artwork for print, manufacturing and vendors.
