Job summary

Mohawk Industries is seeking a Marketing Project Specialist to coordinate creative requests and manage projects from intake through delivery. You will work with business partners and creative teams to clarify scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring work is properly scoped and executed on time.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and experience managing creative workflows in a marketing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent education and/or experience preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, traffic management, marketing operations, or similar roles within marketing/creative environments.
• Adobe Workfront experience strongly preferred; PMP certification a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake of all creative and design requests ensuring information, scope, deliverables, and timing are captured before work is assigned.
• Clarify project scope with stakeholders and define deliverables and timelines.
• Convert approved requests into detailed project plans, timelines, assignments, and approval workflows in Adobe Workfront.
• Traffic active projects, monitor progress, coordinate review cycles, and help meet deadlines.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on status, risks, and priorities.
• Maintain a system of record for intake, timelines, assignments, proofs, and reporting.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to resolve obstacles and move projects forward.
• Provide visibility into workload and capacity to support prioritization discussions.
