The Nancy & David Wolf Holocaust & Humanity Center in Cincinnati is seeking a Marketing Associate to support marketing, communications, and outreach. This entry-level role focuses on content creation, graphic design, website updates, and email campaigns, with social media support and event outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in marketing, communications, PR, graphic design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 years of experience, including internships, fellowships, or volunteer work
• Skilled in design tools (Canva, Adobe, or similar)
• Experience with website CMS and email marketing platforms
• Strong writer and editor with attention to detail
• Familiar with social media, scheduling tools, and analytics
• Comfortable representing HHC at community events
• Organized and able to manage multiple deadlines
• Adaptable, collaborative, and eager to learn
• Passionate about storytelling and HHC’s mission

Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Marketing Execution (approx. 60%) design graphics and visual assets for exhibitions, programs, and events
• Make website updates and help keep site content accurate and current
• Support marketing campaigns from planning through execution and content calendar
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across marketing materials
• Social Media (approx. 30%) schedule and post content and respond to engagement
• Write social media copy for campaigns and track performance
• Share insights to inform strategy
• Outreach & Community Engagement (approx. 10%) assist with outreach to schools and partners
• Represent HHC at events and prepare tabling materials and giveaways
