Job summary

University of Florida Advancement is seeking an IT Generalist II to oversee content for web communications, email marketing, and digital assets. You will work across teams to ensure messaging aligns with editorial guidelines and branding while supporting the organization’s digital strategy.

The role covers Marketing Cloud administration, e-commerce support, data automation, analytics, and web security. You will build automations, optimize journeys, and help ensure site performance and secure

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience or equivalent.
Valid Florida driver's license is required.
Preferred: degree in communications, public relations, marketing or related field with writing abilities.

Responsibilities

Assist in Marketing Cloud administration including setup, maintenance, and access management.
Develop and test Marketing Cloud solutions and ensure data integrity.
Design and optimize Marketing Cloud journeys and personalization strategies.
Support e-commerce strategies and troubleshoot CyberSource integration.
Collaborate to ensure digital content aligns with editorial guidelines and branding.
Build automated data integrations between platforms and analyze campaign performance.
