Job summary

DX Foundation is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solutions Architect to design, implement, and optimize Marketing Cloud deployments with a focus on Personalization.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate requirements into technical specs, and advance client outcomes. Fluency in English and 5+ years SFMC Dev experience required; this is a US-based contractor role paying USD per hour.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is a must with excellent written and verbal communication.
• 5+ years as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with focus on Personalization.
• Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within SFMC.
• Experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio and Content Builder.
• Strong understanding of data management, segmentation, and targeting in SFMC.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with a proactive approach.
• SFMC certifications are a plus; Data Cloud experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement SFMC solutions focusing on Personalization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate into specs.
• Develop personalized customer journeys, segmentation, and dynamic content.
• Optimize and enhance existing SFMC implementations for performance.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SFMC issues.
• Stay updated on SFMC features and best practices to remain cutting-edge.
• Document development processes and technical configurations.
