Merkle, a dentsu company, is seeking a Platform Architect to build, support, and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement solutions at scale for enterprise brands. You’ll translate requirements into configurations, develop journeys and automations, and collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver personalized customer experiences across email, SMS, and mobile channels.

You will work hands-on with AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and GTL while aligning with best practices, conducting health

Competenze

4+ years hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement development or implementation experience.
Experience with AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and GTL.
Experience with Data Extensions, Contact Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and audience segmentation.
Experience supporting REST or SOAP API integrations.
Salesforce certifications preferred (Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Administrator, Consultant, or Developer).

Mansioni

Build and maintain scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement solutions.
Translate business and campaign requirements into technical configurations.
Develop journeys, automations, segmentation logic, and campaign workflows.
Create platform solutions using AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and GTL.
Configure Data Extensions, Contact Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
Support REST and SOAP API integrations with senior technical team members.
Assist with platform audits, health checks, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Follow development, testing, deployment, and documentation standards.
