Tea Innovations, LLC, known for its TBar brand, is seeking a high-energy Marketing & Catering Manager to accelerate growth across Chico, Redding, and Sacramento markets. This hands-on role builds the brand and drives revenue through campaigns, partnerships, and catering.

You'll manage CRM, loyalty, and digital content while leading outreach, events, and B2B sales. Travel is required; reports to the CEO. Compensation includes salary $70k-$75k DOE, 401k, PTO, health, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent real-world experience in marketing or related field.
• Experience with digital marketing, social media, CRM, and content creation.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive traffic, sales, loyalty, and frequency.
• Lead local marketing, digital campaigns, promotions, and community outreach.
• Manage CRM and loyalty programs to boost guest engagement and retention.
• Oversee social media and create in-brand content.
• Develop catering programs and grow B2B sales through outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional projects.
