Tea Innovations, LLC, founded in Chico, CA, is seeking a high-energy Marketing & Catering Manager to accelerate growth across Chico, Redding, and Sacramento markets. You will build the brand and drive revenue through marketing initiatives and direct catering sales, with travel across multiple Northern California locations.

The role emphasizes hands-on execution, strategic partnerships, and data-driven results.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent real-world experience.
Experience with digital marketing, social media, CRM, and content creation.
Strong copywriting, editing, and creative communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive traffic, sales, trial, frequency, and loyalty.
Lead local marketing, digital campaigns, promotions, and community outreach.
Manage TBar's CRM and loyalty initiatives to increase guest engagement and retention.
Oversee social media strategy and develop compelling, on-brand content.
Help create campaigns and experiences that reflect TBar's fun, energetic, and irreverent personality.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and guest touchpoints.
