Tea Innovations, LLC is bringing a fresh, modern energy to a 5,000-year-old beverage through its TBar brand. Founded in Chico, CA in 2004, TBar has grown from a single location into a Northern California concept known for innovative tea creations, healthy fusion food, and an energetic, fun guest experience. From frozen and frosted to sparkling, steamed, and iced, TBar reimagines tea in ways that keep guests coming back. At the heart of the brand is a passionate team committed to great food, great drinks, and service from the heart. As TBar continues its growth, we're looking for talented, entrepreneurial team members who want to help shape the next chapter of the brand—and the next evolution of the tea revolution.
We're looking for a high-energy, entrepreneurial Marketing & Catering Manager who can help accelerate TBar's growth. This is a highly hands‑on role with responsibility for both building the brand and driving revenue. You'll develop and execute marketing initiatives that generate awareness, trial, frequency, and loyalty while also building our catering business through direct sales, promotions, partnerships, and third‑party platforms. If you're someone who loves creating ideas, making things happen, measuring results, and finding new ways to get people excited about a brand, this could be a great opportunity for you.
We're not looking for someone who simply manages marketing calendars. We're looking for someone who wants to build something. The right person is creative, curious, competitive, hands‑on, and comfortable rolling up their sleeves. Someone who can come up with the idea on Monday, launch it on Friday, and look at the numbers the following week to figure out how to make it even better. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
