Job summary

Teeccino Caffe, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and own brand voice across channels.

You will manage creative assets for social media campaigns, oversee email and performance marketing efforts, and partner with the CEO to keep communications aligned with our brand image. You'll need a strong mix of creative and analytical skills, experience with D2C and e-commerce, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-growing, founder-led culture.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in CPG.
• Proven ability to plan and execute campaigns across email, social, and paid channels.
• Strong copywriting and presentation skills; analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing team; manage brand voice and communications.
• Create and manage creative assets for social media campaigns and measure performance.
• Oversee email marketing calendar with Klaviyo; coordinate with production and operations.
• Develop acquisition strategies for subscriber list; optimize cadence and engagement.
• Oversee influencer and brand ambassador programs.
• Drive end-to-end creative concept planning with agencies and ensure KPIs.
