Job summary

Turning Stone Enterprises is seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator to move marketing initiatives across our diverse portfolio. You will coordinate workflows, manage schedules, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns, design assets, and digital/physical materials.

You will collaborate with Creative Services and business partners, develop unit-specific knowledge, and support growth initiatives while maintaining high-quality communication and documentation. A NY driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field with 1–3 years in business development, marketing or sales admin; gaming/hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience in marketing/advertising production workflows and development cycles.
• Proficiency in MS Office; fluent in Mac and PC environments.
• Experience with project management software, DAM, and Adobe Creative Suite; Workfront knowledge.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.
• Valid New York State Driver’s License required.
• Ability to produce accurate documents and perform basic analysis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation of marketing initiatives for assigned business units.
• Manage project workflows, schedules and milestones from concept to completion and results analysis.
• Develop knowledge of assigned business units to support growth initiatives.
• Oversee scheduling and delivery of marketing materials including design, photography/illustration and digital/physical production support.
• Lead tactical project discussions at marketing meetings; ensure approvals and reviews are on track.
• Adjust project deadlines and tasks as needed with innovative mindset.
• Engage with Creative and Marketing Services staff to align with overall marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with internal clients and staff to develop tactical business initiatives.
• Represent and advocate for Creative and Marketing Services to enterprise clients and vendors.
