Job summary

Buckeye Broadband is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to support planning, execution, and measurement of marketing initiatives across Residential, Business, and Connected Communities lines.

You will manage campaign workflows, timelines, asset coordination, vendor communications, reporting, and ensure messaging consistency while partnering with Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, Billing, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for advanced roles.
• 2–4 years in marketing operations or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across channels.
• Manage campaign timelines, approvals, and production schedules.
• Support audience segmentation, lists, and campaign deployment.
• Prepare campaign summaries, reports, and dashboards.
