Job summary

Buckeye Fire Equipment Company is seeking a Marketing Specialist to strengthen brand presence and support sales. This onsite role reports to the COO and focuses on developing materials, coordinating with product and engineering teams, and driving campaigns for distributors and dealers.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience in manufacturing and a strong grasp of B2B marketing, with proficiency in design tools and content creation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a manufacturing or industrial B2B environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or similar tools (Canva acceptable).
• Demonstrated ability to manage social media platforms in a professional business context.
• Experience creating product marketing materials such as cut sheets, sell sheets, and catalogs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Buckeye Fire Equipment’s presence across B2B social platforms and develop a content calendar.
• Create posts, graphics, and short-form video content aligned with product launches and milestones.
• Maintain catalogs, specifications, and pricing; coordinate product updates with cross-functional teams.
• Design and produce sell sheets, cut sheets, and product one-pagers for the sales team.
• Support trade shows and email campaigns; track marketing performance for the COO.
